Our online store offers free 3–5 day shipping for UK domestic addresses. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Once we receive your order, it will be processed promptly. Orders placed after 12 pm local time will be processed the following day. Your shipment will be sent via a reliable courier based on your location, and you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
Yes, most of our shipments are sent with tracking, but the availability depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. We understand—mistakes happen! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually update the address for you. Our jewelry is made from high-quality silver and gold alloys. These metals are generally safe for sensitive skin, but because individual allergies vary, we cannot guarantee that our pieces will not cause a reaction.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re sorry if your piece didn’t work out. You can return unused jewelry within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, and accompanied by a shipping label obtained from us.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the jewelry is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, in which case we will cover the shipping cost upon proof.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original method of payment. Shipping charges you initially paid are non-refundable.
