Absolutely. Each purchase is insured while in transit until it reaches you. To ensure safe delivery, we require a signature upon receipt. Once signed for, the responsibility for the jewelry transfers to you. If the order is being delivered to someone else, the recipient’s signature at the specified address confirms delivery and transfers responsibility.
We cover the cost of standard shipping, but any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
We’re confident you’ll love your jewelry, but you have 14 days to try it with everything in your wardrobe. If it doesn’t work out, email us at customerservice.tznite@hotmail.com, and we’ll help you with a return.
Exchanges are only possible if the items are damaged or defective. If you’d like a different size or a different product, please process it as a return. Email us at customerservice.tznite@hotmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
